2 month old Pro click unresponsive even when plugged in. Support chat submit button not working
I have a Razer pro click that will not light up in any way and will not connect via bluetooth or USB dongle or hard wire. When I plug the cable in to the mouse and into my computer, windows makes the acknowlegement chime that something was plugged in - but nothing happens on the mouse and it is still entirely unresponsive. Is there a way to hard reset or something?
Also - I tried to use support chat and I entered the SN and the submit button just keeps turning green and nothing happens.
