2 month old Pro click unresponsive even when plugged in. Support chat submit button not working

I have a Razer pro click that will not light up in any way and will not connect via bluetooth or USB dongle or hard wire. When I plug the cable in to the mouse and into my computer, windows makes the acknowlegement chime that something was plugged in - but nothing happens on the mouse and it is still entirely unresponsive. Is there a way to hard reset or something? Also - I tried to use support chat and I entered the SN and the submit button just keeps turning green and nothing happens.

Does your mouse still get detected in the device manager? If so, we can try to reinstall your mouse driver by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me its serial number.
