2-step authentication not sending code | Razer Insider

I reloaded some razer gold and now I'm trying to top up on my game. But I'm not getting the otp for 2-step authentication on my phone. I don't have the backup codes and when I try to view my backup codes or change authentication method, it's asking me for the otp again, which I'm not getting. 

 I CAN'T ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE DAMM AUTHETICATION CODE ONCE I TRY SAY IS INVALID NEED HELP WITH THIS ASP
