This seems to be a known issue since alot of ppl have this problem , its been 3 days since i filed my ticket im getting no help live chat is useless since its pre generated ai bs, i dont know if razer only has 1 person doing customer support or if there is even a support at all, just want to know if this poor bastard will ever gain access to his 5$ funds again. thanks hugs and kisses
