2 Step Authentication via SMS

I can't seem to get my 2-Step Authentication code via SMS whenever I try to purchase something in Razer Gold or update my mobile number. This may need my mobile number to be updated but this can't be done due to this 2-step authentication issue. Can you please help me with this? Thanks

I replied to your PM. For Razer Gold account issue, please submit a ticket or Live Chat with customer service by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time and provide the following information to the team to reset your account OTP.

3. First Name:
4. Last Name:
5. Birthdate:
6. Mobile phone number:
7. Country:
