I ordered a Razer laptop online on december 17 which came with a free $200 gift card. Starting 2024 the laptop was already delivered but the gift card said “delivering in progress” “delivering by email” which I did not received any email containing info about my gift card, and today I check the status and said “cancelled” can I get support on this case?
