2018 Razer Blade 15 Base can't update bios (missing serial number)

Hello to everyone. I was trying to update the BIOS from ver. 1.01 to 1.02 and downloaded the utility from Razer's support website. However, when I try to run the update I get this message: "This firmware tool is for use only with Blade 15 Base Model and compatible system." I sent my laptop las year to Razer and they replaced the motherboard so I guess they didn't upload the serial number to the new motherboard's BIOS. Checking on Windows PowerShell I get the following information, with a missing serial number. I tried contacting Razer support but my system is out of warranty so I wasn't able to do so. Whilst searching online I read that for the updater to work the SKU and Serial number must be written into the BIOS. Any idea how I can do that? Thanks.
