2019 base with 1660Ti VR Ready

Hi Model: rz09-3009e21 The specs for the laptop show "NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 1660 Ti™ or RTX 2060 VR ready graphics," Is this saying the 1660Ti is also vr ready or only the 2060? I would like to connect HTC Vive Pro or Steam Index to this laptop. Anyone have any experience with this? The laptop has a mini display port v1.4, but there isn't any indication that its connected to the gpu which seems to be a requirement, and not always the case. Thanks
