2019 Blade 15 Advanced with swollen battery

Just discovered the battery of my laptop has swollen and damaged the bottom panel. It is no longer under warranty but I would still like to get it repaired as I need it for school/work. How do I go about having it repaired? The website is very unhelpful in answering this question.

I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf if you send me the serial number and a copy of the proof of purchase. Anyway, you will have to send the laptop to us, and repairs can take up to three weeks, shipping included. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
