2019 Razer Blade 15 Advance Stuck in black screen when Rebooting

Anytime I reboot the laptop, windows shut down and screen turns black and it gets stuck there. They keyboard lights are lit and when I press the function button, the function keys light up but it never reboots into windows. I also notice that my fan spins on the highest and the laptop gets very hot to the point that I can't rest my palm on it. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Have there been any hardware or software/driver changes before this happened, and are you able to go into the BIOS? In any case, please send me the serial number of your RB15 so I can point you in the right direction. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
