2019 Razer hammerhead tws battery issue

So I had bought the 2019 Razer hammerhead and it was fresh untouched box, and when I notice the left ear but doesn't stay charged for long, it says 100 percent then after 10 minutes I get a low battery notification. Is this a common issue ? Any solutions? Is this normal? I can't really return it cuz the mailing system is sorta bad where I live.
