Hi everyone,
I just purchased my Blade 15 and I do not get an option for THX, I went into device managers and rescanned and still get nothing. I then tried to “active” my THX service via the app but it says my serial number is not valid for Thx audio. The website says that its included in 2023 models.
Trying to contact support seems impossible via the Razer website, tons of hoops and options to jump through and I still cannot get to customer service via chat or a ticket submission.
Any guidance is appreciated, thank you in advance.
