"3" and "./del" keys on numpad not working (Ornata Chroma)

The "3" and "period/delete" Numpad keys on my Ornata chroma have started having issues recently. Specifically, pressing the period/delete key will input "6.", and pressing the 3 key will input "[enter] 30". I have already checked synapse to ensure that there are no macros or other settings changed for the keyboard that could be causing this. Is there anything that I can do to fix this, or will I just have to get a new keyboard?

    I reckon that you are experiencing a key chatter issue with your Razer Ornata Chroma keyboard. For now, follow the troubleshooting steps in this guide to see if it corrects the problem. Should the same behavior persists, please perform a hard reset of your device.
