Im now on to my 3rd keyboard with my 2019 Razor Blade Product number RZ09-02705E75-R3U1).
In each case it was 4 keys that would fail and the keys were coincidentally in similar areas. Either ‘0,9,m,n’ or ‘9,8,n,b’. The first time this occured the diagnosis was a swollen battery had warped the keyboard which was reasonable explaination. But just a little over 6 months after a new front panel is installed and the exact same keys fail again. Despite my appeals to have the replacement under waranty on the basis that there is no explaitation that would point to the failure being misuse, my appeals were rejected and I was forced to pay for another front panel. And now only a year+ later ‘9,8,n,b’ keys have stopped ‘working again! From a rad that like to preset itself as high quality I am very disappointed. My next laptop will not be razor unless someone from Razer can give me a crediable explaination for how it can be that I encounter the same keyboard faults 3 times in 3 years!!!!!
Oh and incase any of my words above are missing a ‘n,b’ its because I had to copy and paste these letters into this reply as Im writing using my Razer Blade.
