3 sidebuttons Razer Naga not working | Razer Insider

Since today I have 3 side buttons of my razer Naga not working (4,5,6). Before today everything was 100% fine.

 

I cleaned the mouse + magnetpanel, cleaned the buttons, tried to re-install synapse and removed the sidepannel a few times to see if it would help but it doesn't. When I put the mouse in someone else's pc, the same 3 buttons didn't work either. They do show lights but just don't respond to button presses.

Is my mouse just fried, or? It seems oddly specific that those 3 buttons in the same row just -suddenly- break. I'm not sure what else to try at this point tbf.

Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the issue? Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device? Does the problem happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its model and verify the warranty. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
