3rd time of contact.

For a team that says that they actually are supposed to help, y’all have been radio silent for the longest time and I am still waiting for correction on the issue of my razer headset I have brought up countless times. I made 3 attempts to contact you and you have now blocked my support ticket from even going through. my razer headset was received BROKEN. the RGB colors are NOT working properly. I would APPRECIATE some SUPPORT.
