Hello, I restored my laptop to factory and now my touch screen no longer works. In device manager I can no longer see HID-Compliant Touch Screen and in system > about > it says no pen or touch input is available for this device. Can somebody please help me? Touchscreen was working fine until factory reset. Has anybody else dealt with this issue. Thank you in advance!

    Did you also upgrade the laptop's operating system? Please download and install the Intel Drive and Support Assistant and see if it offers the latest drivers for your unit. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
