Hello,

I recently purchased a second-hand Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. It works perfectly, but unfortunately, the previous owner did not provide the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, and I do not have the original box.

I checked the headset carefully, but I couldn’t find the serial number anywhere on the cable or the device.

Would it be possible to receive a new activation code, or is there another way to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature?

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 surround sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one. Also, products purchased from non-authorized dealers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods, which can lead to these types of registration issues. If you purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, Razer's warranty policy directs all support and Limited Warranty issues to that dealer. To help me investigate this further and confirm the device's status, please send me a PM together with the serial number and proof of purchase of your device. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!

  • A screenshot of the bank transaction as proof of purchase
