How do I activate 7.1?

Register your headphones' serial number on Razer's support/warranty site and you'll get an email with the activation code. I did it for my Barracuda X and got it, along with the 50% discount for THX spatial audio.
I registered my Barracuda X and I didn't get any email for the activation code. Is there another way to activate it? Thank you
