I reinstalled windows 10. When i tried to activate my software the code wouldn't go through. How do i solve this?

    Have you registered the device? Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID via PM so I can check if there's any allocated activation code in your account. Also, send me the device's serial number so I can check its registration status. I'll be locking this thread now.
