Hi, I’ve purchased a Razor Blackshark V2 x from an Amazon seller. 

 

I’d firstly like to check that these are genuine (I can PM the serial number) and I’d also like to see if I can activate the 7.1 software? When I try to register, it says they are already registered.

    There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. Let me double-check just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
