7.1 Activation Code NOT In Box
I bought a new Razer Blackshark V2 from Best Buy. I've been trying to redeem 7.1 audio but no key was included in the box. I registered it on Razer ID but my email inbox is empty and I can't select the headset to find a key. Please help, I want to use what I paid for!

SpiicyLemon04Hi there! I appreciate that you've posted your inquiry here. However, the Razer Blackshark V2's settings can be tweaked only via Razer Synapse 3.0. Please be aware that the 7.1 Surround Sound is only available to the newer versions, namely the Kraken X. Kraken X USB, Kraken 2019, and Blackshark V2 X.
