7.1 activation code not included Help!

With my Razer Kraken X, I got the headset but my code was not there. I saw that if you register your product you might get your code again but that didn't work. I just want to get my code back to activate the 7.1 surround sound.

Kraken X should have code (scratch card) inside the box. Please contact Razer Support if you didn't have it included: https://support.razer.com/contact-support/

I bought my headset from Amazon on Prime, and I dont have a scratch code either.
