7.1 and site problems

I would like to start by saying that more than 24 hours have passed since the registration on razer id, and the activation code has not yet arrived. I tried to get through the site, but when I enter the serial number, there is some kind of site conflict. My registered headphones are shown to me, but then I am asked to register them again, and when I fill in the fields again, I am told that they are already registered. Because of this, I can neither contact support nor get the code...

Based on the thread’s tagged product, you have a Razer BlackShark V2. The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code comes only with a purchase of any of the products. Below are the device bundled with the 7.1 Surround Sound code:

I have razer blackshark v2 x headphones, they are on the list you posted. Did you read what I wrote? When I follow your link, I am asked to enter the serial number, when I enter it, my headphones are shown to me, then they ask me to add them, I follow the link for this and they are already there and I cannot add them again.

You can just send the activation code to the mail, I'm really tired of spending so much time on this

Thanks for pointing that out. I only based it on your public tagging which is BlackShark V2, since your thread’s title and post didn't display the exact headset model. Take note that the BlackShark V2 is not a 7.1 Surround Sound-supported peripheral but a Synapse 3.0-supported gadget. Refer to the image below:

 

 

On the other hand, the code activation will only be generated/retrieved after registering the code from either the scratch card or the email sent after the device details submission within 24-48 hours. Ensure to check for the code in your inbox or junk/spam folder. By the way, do you own the Razer BlackShark V2 X or Razer Blackshark V2 X USB? I suggest contacting our Support Team here or sending me a PM, including your device’s serial number, full name, and email address (associated to your Razer ID), so I can check the product information/status and help you submit a case on your behalf.

I bought 3 hours ago a razer barracuda x and my activation code is only 14 numbers but in front there is a little scan. I dont know what to do, i bought it from MediaMarkt
