    Thats the same problem for me. Just got my brand new Kraken X, and the code is not working. Everything is new i scratched the code myyelf.

For those who are still having an issue activating the 7.1 Surround Sound code, please send me a PM together with the following: a. Photo showing the source of the activation code. b.
