7.1 sorrounding sound speaker not appearing.

Hi. I had a glitch where i had inverted headphones(left was right and right was left), so i searched it up on suppord and one of your employees said “click win+R, type in devmgmt.msc and uninstall all output. I did that, and idk if it helped or not because now i dont have 7.1 sorround sound speakers installed at all, i cant put it as default. If you know how fix it leme know, thanks.
