I have a razer kraken tournament edition headphones, I would like to activate the 7.1 sound on my new machine, which I entered on my old machine based on a code, I still have the code, but on my new machine it won't let me into the user interface, does anyone have a solution??? if there is an answer to my problem, please let me know by email, because I don't want to buy new headphones

    if I want to request a new code online, I can't because my serial number is not on the inner part of the headphone ear cushion

        Please note that the activation code can be used only once and is tied to your Razer ID. This allows you to install the 7.1 Surround Sound software on any system while retaining your license. If you need further assistance, please send me a PM with your headset's serial number and the email address associated with your account so I can verify if there is a code allocated to it.
