7.1 Surrond sound

Hi, 

As you can see on the screenshot above, i cannot activate the “7.1 surround sound”. everytime, i try, i have this message :

“A session is already active on another system. Only one session per account is allowed.”.

But I only use it on my PC so cannot understand this issue.

I’m here to help. I’d like to know if your purchased headset is brand new. If, in any case, you log in to a different computer, you will be logged out on the previous PC. Please PM with your device serial number and email address associated with your Razer ID so I can verify the information in our system. Have a great day!
