Hello I have a problem with te 7.1 surround app I use Kraken X lite 7.1 and i reinstalled the windows for some reasons and i can not use the 7.1 audio please contact or on discord or on facebook or on instagram

What do you mean when you say you can't use 7.1 surround sound? Are you unable to install the app, or is the app not working as intended? In any case, please send me the serial number of the headset and a short clip of what's going on so I can get a better understanding of your situation. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
