hi, since the new Synapse i cant use razer surround, i didnt have receive my activation code for 7.1 surround, before i had razer surround PRO.. please help me sorry for the bad english, im french (:

    Allow me to check what's causing the issue. Please send me the following: a. A photo showing the error while activating the code. b. The source of the code. c. The serial number of the headset starts with "SN". d. The email address that is associated to your account. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content.
