7.1 surround no authentication found problem

I just bought barracuda x. Downloaded the 7.1 surround app to my pc but cannot login its always says no authentication found. I did uninstall restart and install but didnt work. I also using razer synapse on my computer but it works in my computer with logged in. Please help. 

 

Below picture the right one is logged razer synapse and same account. But left one is try to login for 7.1 surround app it keeps says no auth always. Please help

Please try to clean and install the app to establish a new connection to Razer services. Remember to reboot your computer before trying again. If the steps didn’t work, let me know via PM so I can initiate a case and escalate this issue to the Support Team for resolution. All the best!
