7.1 Surround not showing as a selectable output

Hi all, I just got Blackshark V2 X and could activate surround sound but can't select an output device. I am on Lenovo Y520 and Realtek Audio Manager seems to merge the headphones input with the default speaker one, even when the "separate all device inputs" button is selected. To turn on surround sound I need to be able to select surround 7.1 as my audio device but it's not even showing up. So, I'm not sure where to go from here so let me know what can be done.

    Try to update the audio driver and make sure your Windows OS is up to date as well. Before trying again, do a clean install of the application and run it as administrator. If that didn't help, let me know through PM so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
