Hi! I recently bought my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headphones and have been having issues finding my activation code for the software. I cant see anything in the packaging it came in and have registered them on razerID but haven't had an email with anything related or seen anything within the application related to it. Any help appreciated :)

    Hey there! Have you checked the code if it went to your registered email's junk or promotional folder? If there's none, please send me a PM together with the email address associated to your Razer ID. Let's continue from there.

    I have same problem. I tried to unlock surround pro by registering a razer product. After successfully registering a product, i couldn't find any activation code, i've check my email properly but didn't find anything. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
