Dear Razer / Insiders, I bought my razer kraken v2 7.1 2 years ago for x-mas On that time you didn't need a key for surround sound. I wanted to change my settings but now i need to fill in a key i added my product on the product page but never got sent an e-mail with a key for surround sound is there anything i can do now?
