    Is it you bought a new genuine product? from where? did you can sucessfully registering the Headset at Razer Product Registration & Warranty yet?? Wanted to know the authentication of that product first, if it was not an original, so there is nothing we can do, if it was genuine, so we can called out Razer Support here, they maybe asking you some Product ID and so on for further investigation..

    PM me the headset's serial number, the email address associated with your Razer ID, and the error message that pops up when activating the Surround Sound. I can use those to check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's pick it up from there. *Thread locked.
