'Im posed with this issue, I just bought my headset and 7.1 won't show. Im not sure what to do as i think ive tried everything that i know of to get it to work. Anyone have any ideas?

    I moved your post to our support board from the Razer Support video thread. By the way, when did the issue start? Have you applied any changes to your computer that could have triggered this behavior? Please send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse and MSinfo logs. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
