7.1 Surround Sound

Hello, I bought a RAZER Blackshark v2 x and i got a QR code instead of a scratch off code I can put into the app. I scanned the QR and got sent to the razer 7.1 surround sound download page. I looked online for a bit and I found out I have to register my product. I lost my receipt and the store can’t get me another one so I am not able to get any sort of proof of purchase other than the box itself which isn’t an available method to prove it. Is there anything I can do to get my activation code??
