Hello Razer employee! About a year ago I received the Razer Blackshark V2 X as a gift. Since I never received the box, I realized that I could not use the 7.1 version of this headset, so I bought another headset. I wanted to try my luck one last time. Was it possible to get a code? You can still register your headset even without the box by checking the serial number. Once done, the activation code will be sent via email. Just make sure to check your email inbox, spam or junk folder. Feel free to reach out via PM if you need further assistance.
