Hello, I don't understand where I can find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for the headphones I bought? Please help.

Please note that Razer Insider does not have support for your preferred language. I can only communicate in English. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards and continue to communicate in English going forward. 

I understand that you are having trouble locating the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for the headset you purchased. Have you already tried registering the device? If not, you can register your headset through this link. Once the device has been successfully registered, the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code will be sent to the email address associated with your Razer ID. Please be sure to check your Inbox, as well as your Spam and Junk folders, as the email may sometimes be filtered there.

If you have already registered the device and still have not received the activation code, please let me know via PM and provide the headset's serial number so I can further check its details and assist you accordingly.

Also, I noticed that you've posted about the same issue in a different thread. Just a friendly reminder to try and keep the same issue to one thread to prevent any confusion and speed up the resolution process. Thanks for understanding!
