7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code
I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition today from Best Buy and went to enter the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound, only to be told it's already been used. I restarted the Surround Sound app, and my computer and retried, and am getting the same message. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

You bought a razer kraken TE? Then you don't need a code or "razer 7.1", just open or install synapse 3 and it should recognize the device and let you customize the surround sound.
MattyTheGiantSame here. Already chatted with Razer support tonight and the promised a resolution to this issue within 24 - 48 hours.

I have other headsets i want to try with this app
I created a ticket trough live chat , should get an email with activatation code
Some issue with the new product line not listed
Tried to contact support and they have provided me with the code.
I have the code, but at registration it is invalid... I contacted the support site, I will let you know what was the result.
