Thanks but I tried live chat they just said I need to wait to hear back from support, check spam and all that.. If I keep getting told to check my damn spam I want some actual proof that the email even went out to my email address now. Just been more than 2 weeks since I ordered my headset stand and the software on my pc keeps telling me 7.1 sound isn't activated EVERY time I boot my PC up just to rub it in how crap Razer service is. Fumin

I understand that man, that sucks but, trust them. The code will be sent, I was told that the code is being requested at the headquarters in SG. Don't worry, once you got it activated, it's forever you can use.
