What specific headset do you have? Have you tried checking your email spam or junk folder after requesting for a new code? Feel free to reach out via PM along with your headset’s serial number if you need further assistance.

+1Old code will not work anymore, because it’s already used (activated before).
You’ll just need to login to 7.1 surround app to your Razer ID account where you’ve activated the code before.
