7.1 Surround Sound Activation Issue: Product Already Registered (Razer Blackshark V2 X)

I have purchased a brand new Razer Blackshark V2 X with its seal still there and peripherals except for the scratch card, and when I tried to register the product, with its serial number and all, it said “Product already registered”. I have done it lots of times even trying it on different browsers. I also tried the surround sound request page but after entering the serial number all it said is “Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request.” which only confused me even more.

I am willing to cooperate with the proofs of purchases, and the product information to solve this, please help.
