7.1 surround sound audio device not showing

Hello to all respected razer team. i recently bought new headset is name is razer blackshark v2 x when i m using after activate 7.1 i mistakenly removed the 7.1 audio device from my systum and now its not showing please guide me that how can i get it back. THANK YOU

    I got Exactly the same problem. I can get sound thru my headphones RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X - WIRED But i cant find the 7.1 sound. the software just have speakers and headphones option and there is no option in the sound options in wondows to choose 7.1 sound as default. I removed every sound option in the systems and reinstalled them but nothing works. Tried to reinstall the razer software loads of times but nothing.

    Try to uninstall 7.1 software, then use this tool to cleanup drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj and reboot PC, after restart install 7.1 software again.

    Still the same. Only 2 options in the razer software and nothing in windows system.
