where can i find the 20 digit activation code for the 7.1 surround sound app?

i have checked literally everything including reading the manual 5 times thinking i was going crazy!

I have registered the product on Razer ID etc too?

Hello, the activation code should be on a thin piece of paper that is placed you will imedietly see after you open the box, if the paper is not included contact your retail store you purchased the headset from.

Hey everyone! Have you registered your device in your Razer ID? If you haven't, please click this link and wait for the activation code email after 24-48 hours. Check your registered email's junk and promotion folders too.

Sorry for the mishap. However, a damaged or lost activation card is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number so I can check your device's registration status and check if there's an allocated code in your account. I'll be locking this thread now.
