I am aware that I needed to register my products on the Razer ID website and I've already done that, and I expected to receive the code for the surround sound shortly after registering my new Kraken V3. But its been roughly 24 hours since then and still no emailed code, am I supposed to wait a while longer or can I get a new one?

Please send me the serial number of your device, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID via PM. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for a code generation request. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
