hi i recently bought a razer blackshark v2 x and to my surprise when i opened my package and scratched off my code it was invalid already I don't really want to send them back because I've heard great things however I'm not sure what else to do any help would be muchly appreciated.

Have you checked if you have mistyped the letter O and number zero or the letter J to I (India)? Otherwise, send me the following:

a. A photo that shows the error while activating the code.
b. A photo that shows the source of the code.
c. A photo that shows the device's serial number and original box.
d. The Razer ID's registered email address.

Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
