hi i recently bought a razer kraken x and when i opened my package and scratched off my code it was invalid already I don't really want to send them back because I've heard great things however I'm not sure what else to do any help would be muchly appreciated.

The common errors that some users have interchanged were the letter "O" with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and the letter J for either the number 1 or the letter I. Feel free to send me a PM should you need any additional assistance.
