Hi I hoping someone could help me I brought the Razer Kraken off Amazon on prime day. I tried to use the code that came with the headset and it said that the code was invalid. the box was sealed when it arrived from Amazon Thanks Muzzman

    Please send me the email address associated with your Razer ID via PM, along with the serial number of your device. I can use them to check its registration status.
