7.1 Surround Sound Code not sent

Hello,

I got recently the Razer Kaira X (PlayStation Licensed) as a gift(i don’t have the receipt) and i have registered it in my products.

I have selected to receive the activation code with an email and the site informs me that it has been sent to my email but it has been several days now and there is nothing in any of my folders(junk etc.)

Any idea on how to resolve this and receive the activation code
