7.1 surround sound code not working
I just purchased the Razer Kraken X headset 5 days ago but when I tried using the licence code it said it was invalid. While scratching the code some of the numbers/letters were faded but I could still somewhat decode it. I registered my product thinking I might get the licence emailed but I guess that's just for certain products. Now I'm left wondering what to do.

The error message while activating the code. c. The email address that is associated to your Razer ID Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
